Aviation Personnel Development Institute (APDI) organized a workshop under the topic “APDI: SOAR into the Sky” for the Institute administrators, lecturers, students, alumni, and entrepreneurs. Ajarn Atipol Suwandee, Assistant to the President for Internal Audit and Risk Management, was so kind as to be the speaker, shedding light on the concept and guidelines on specific strategies for APDI by using APDI’s strength-based strategies through the application of SOAR analysis, which refers to the use of Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results to plan operational procedures which suit APDI most. All participants were divided into small groups and engaged in various activities, drew up plans, and made presentations in order to understand concepts thoroughly as well as to be capable of applying what they have learned in real life.
The workshop was held on August 26, 2013 from 9.00 to 4.00 pm. at the APDI Conference Room, Romklao Campus.
