Thailand has topped the medal table in the 18th ASEAN University Games, Singapore 2016 with 52 gold medals including 34 gold, 10 silver and 35 bronze. This sports event held in Singapore from 9 until 19 July 2016 with athletes from Kasem Bundit University taking part in this triumph. Archawit Khomhongsa, won the gold medal as one of Thailand champion football team members in the tournament while three more medals from sport shooting athletes – Naradapawee Mankatekij - one gold; another gold and one bronze from Apichakree Phonglaowkham.
